2024 GAR Contract Forms Changes & Updates

Contracts! Learn newly introduced forms and what has changed in an engaging environment. This class will is taught by our Associate Broker, Tammie Prieto. Agents will be able to identify changes to current GAR Forms for the coming year in a fun and engaging environment. The course will explain and introduce agents to newly added forms and unique stipulations. Agents will be able to interpret the importance of proper use of forms based upon GAR’s Licensing.
