GA Real Estate License Law Review

This course will provide a general discussion of the Georgia code and the rules and regulations of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Agents will gain an understanding of the legal aspect of obtaining and retaining a Georgia Real Estate license. Agents will understand that the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA) is the guideline we must follow under our license. Agents will have a clear understanding of the Unfair Trade Practices. Every licensed Georgia Real Estate agent is required to take this course every four years for license renewal.
