Buyer’s Representation: How to Work with Buyers Under Agency

What are the agent’s duties to a customer? What is the difference between a customer and a client? This course will discuss various ways for agents to obtain buyers, how to interview the buyer(s), and what your role as the agent is while following Georgia License Law procedures and explaining the types of Buyer’s Agency to a potential buyer. Agents will also learn the importance of partnering with a lender and closing attorney to facilitate the buyer’s experience better. There will also be a class discussion regarding the GAR forms needed to work with the buyer(s).
