Code of Ethics for Realtors

This class identifies key aspirational concepts of the Preamble to the National Association of Realtors®. Code of Ethics dives into general business ethics while comparing and contrasting them against the REALTORS® Code of Ethics. We will dive deep into the concepts established in articles 1, 2, 12, and 17 while also discussing possible violations of those articles. We will also review the professional standards process for enforcing the Code of Ethics, including but not limited to the duty to arbitrate. Agents who hold the REALTOR® designation must have this course every three years to stay in compliance. The deadline is December 31, 2024.
