House Hunt Through the Ages: A Joyful Journey Exploring Generational Homeownership Shifts
Objective: To provide education to real estate agents and brokers regarding the changes of how real estate homeownership has changed throughout the last 70 years
Description: This course will show agents and brokers from all generations how Real Estate was during the Silent Generation, buyers who are now 78 – 96 years old to the Boomers Generation, buyers who are now 60 – 78 years old, Generation X, buyers who are now 44 – 59 years old, Millennials who are now 28 – 43 years old, and finally Generation Z (affectionately known as the Zoomer), who are now 11 – 28 years old. We will study how each generation made and makes home purchases, the mortgage process, and the real estate forms related to homeownership.
